Synopsis

​”Bhakshak” is a 2024 Hindi-language crime thriller directed by Pulkit and produced under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner. The film features Bhumi Pednekar in the role of Vaishali Singh, an investigative journalist who uncovers a harrowing case of abuse at a shelter home in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The narrative follows Vaishali’s relentless pursuit of justice despite facing numerous obstacles, including threats to her own family. She finds support in Sudha, a courageous young girl, and SS Jasmeet Kaur, a dedicated police officer. The ensemble cast also includes Sanjay Mishra, Aditya Srivastava, and Sai Tamhankar. ​
